Arma 3 Campaign Intro?

For the East Wind campaign, there's that intro at the beginning giving out a quote then fading in into the mission. I want to add that for a mission but looking through the files in the mission_f_epa.pbo makes it quite hard 'cause of the scripting. I just want to implement vanilla quotes, not custom ones. I been using A_m03.Stratis (Camp Maxwell) as a reference.
