I have a mod to reduce sway and disable Stamina - can it affect this mod ? I got invisible trenchs...

It kind of depends how it is implemented, but it should not interfere.
What mod do you use?
Which version of grad_trenches are you using?

I try only latest cab ace and GRAD Trenches (download all new). All latest version. Still invisible..I set some of the menu to be invisibile (weapon background ,ammo count and e.t.c) with Ace some time ago. But I notice I can`t dig vanilla ace trenches even with a shovel..So I think problem in my old ace settings cfg maybe

The latest change from position to animation based digging should make visuals much more consistent and smooth in multiplayer. (Instead of a laggy setPos command the whole trench now has an animationSource from underground to fully built).

 

However as the technical foundation is completely different now there might be unexpected new issues. One new report is related to bipods not deploying or deploying in weird positions.
