data\roads\RoadsLib.cfg :scanning
File \temp\Chernarus_Reimagined\data\roads\RoadsLib.cfg: Cannot write to file

Well that might be one of the problems, check for your paths to roadslib.cfg, the accessability and perhaps delete the temp-folder on your P-drive before trying to use pboproject again. Check up the path and the document itself. Check the settings of the file as well as the content.

The other things are not critical (as it seems) but should be looked after by referring to Stratis or something or creating your own configs:

It looks your P drive is mounted only for read, not write. Check mounting p drive with admin privilages.

the 'O' drive error is also strange, check bistools\binMake\binmakerules.txt

write permissions is often caused by running as admin. Each 'user' has their own P drive. 'admin' is just another user like everyone else.
