orcinus 121 Posted March 5, 2017 Steam has been broken since at least early January, possibly for longer. I'll set up a bug report on Phabricator tomorrow (currently digging for threads like this), If you are on metered bandwidth like me, there's only one solution pro tem: only launch STEAM in offline mode. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
