Old A3 Respawn "Menu Position"

Does anyone know how to utilize the old menu_position respawn screen, as seen here?  When I am using this template, I am only able to use the new system.

I definitely liked the old one a bit better than the new one.

since the removal of menu positions for the respawn screen are still broken for some reason.

I'm pretty sure they just threw this one out in prep for the new one  in apex.

Any ideas anyone?

I'll have a search for the old dialog. You'll probably have to add the respawn functionality back manually (shouldn't be hard) though. I don't think I'll find it though, I think they removed it completely. Will update this post soon.

 

EDIT: I can't find it. I've only checked in ui_f though, via the config.cpp file. Only found the new one: RscDisplayRespawn

I've been using the new End Game respawn templates in a mission I'm working on and it sometimes breaks scripts (or itself).  For example, I use it with MenuInventory enabled also and it'll delete all loadouts and/or respawn points.  Couldn't figure out how to reproduce it either, but it happens randomly every now and then.  I think Dynamic Groups is what's breaking it (In my case), though.

Decided to work on respawn selection which I'll release to the public for everyone to use! I've only just started, just almost finished the dialog itself.

Based on the original dialog and functionality by BIS in A3.
