Death Valley Drone problem

Hi,

 

in this mission I have to take the drone interface to spot the mortar.

But after picking it up, I can use the terminal, but I can't select a drone.

Drop-down menu is empty.

Anyone else got this problem?

What am I doing wrong?

Did you spawned an empty drone? If yes, thats the problem.

You should spawn a "full" drone

I just picked up the interface.

I thought the drone is already in the air.

I'm talking about Single Player....

Well, thats confusing, are you talking about a mission not made by you? Then please send a link to it.

The Forum is not the right place to ask questions about a mission, you could ask in the respective thread or in the steam workshop or whereever you got the mission from.

No mods, no selfmade mission!

You need to take the UAV backpack too from the dead operator. Then assemble the Darter and connect the terminal to it.

Exactly-you have to assemble the UAV-then you will be able to connect it. Also-there is a specific forum section for dealing with the campaign https://forums.bistudio.com/forum/179-arma-3-official-missions/
