Arma 3 Apex - Thank You Team

I rarely take the time to come on any forum or site and express my gratitude and appreciation for the hard work so many devs do. Bohemia and the Arma 3 team behind Apex, you're an exception. I want to say thank you so much for taking the time, and putting the effort into Apex. Apex is a great dlc from what I can see so far and honestly feels what a true DLC should be. It's an extension to the game and a great one at that.

 

The things that really impressed me and stand out is the terrain (reminds me of traveling in the Dominican Rep.), the sounds are amazing and really puts you in the environment, and most of all the new co-op campaign with this updated UI that really just make everything flow. I really feel the team has nailed it on this one and you've really found that sweet spot with this game/engine and what it can do. I really hope you continue down this similar road for the future of Arma 3 and moving into Arma 4.

Yep, have to add my congrats to the team!

 

The island is a work of art.  Truly immersive with the sound scape.

Spent my first few hours on the campaign mission wandering in a daze and getting killed while looking at everything :D

(Pity the AI can see through more vegetation than we can)

 

I haven't even tried all the new equipment yet.

 

Definitely worth the wait.

Yes, thanks and Kudos to the Devs.  Tanoa is beautiful, as well as the new weapons and vehicles.  Jungle warfare is great, and I'm really glad that AI appears not to have superhuman vision in the jungle.

 

Also, all the new lighting and water visual effects are amazing.  I replayed my Property of Mabunga mission yesterday, and the reflections in the swamp water and the fog has really improved and increased the immersion of that mission greatly.
