duckboy53 0 Posted October 20, 2002 I can stand it only to a point... I lost my OFP: Resistance CD key. The booklet was skinny and it got accidently thrown out. It is very interesting how a simple error can turn into getting hate mail. I have been posting around about my CD key and how I could get it back. I have been flamed in my posts, being called a 'pirate' and a 'f***ing warez bi*ch'. Let me just make myself clear... I AM NOT A F***KING PIRATE or WAREZ BI*CH!!! It sickens me to the fu**ing bone for people to think I am a pirate. Please, show some mother f***ing respect and have a hint of sympathy for some people! I have tried to get support from BIS but, understandably, they will not respond. I just want to play Resistance again, but it seems I am being discriminated against. Please, have some f***ing sense in how you treat other people. Don't judge a f***ing book its cover. I guess I will calm down now, delete the hate mail out of my inbox, and continue playing 1.46. Good game BIS, nice job. -Duck
Mister Frag 0 Posted October 20, 2002 With that kind of language, expect little sympathy. The ONLY people that can help you are the tech support folks at Codemasters. With your original CD nearby, call them and explain the problem. Anyone who shares their personal CD key with you is an idiot, since an online game where two identical CD keys are detected will trigger FADE on both systems. Placebo 31 Posted October 20, 2002 If you'd bothered to have done a search you would see that similar posts get directed to Codemasters who will replace CD-Keys if provided with Proof Of Purchase, not sure why you thought your case was different but anyways, do as instructed.
