shadowze 1 Posted December 18, 2015 Just noticed that it takes 3 x grenades (standing on top of them) to kill you Wearing the heaviest body armour Anyone else noticed this ? CaptainAzimuth 714 Posted December 18, 2015 The Carrier Rig Special (Black) is explosive resistant. That's in it's description. Though... despite being explosive resistant, it only covers vital upper body parts. Thus you should end up with broken legs if it lands next to you. No idea BI's intention of making it explosive resistant. Maybe to make it so not everyone is running around with big ol' vests now, but chose them based on combat expectations.
