x3kj 1247 Posted October 14, 2015 if we are talking about a vehicle - maximum speed only makes it so that if you drive faster then this speed, the throttle gets "cut off" no matter what you press, until you are below that speed. So if the vehicles physx settings dont allow it to drive faster then say 65 kph, setting maximum speed 70 will have no effect. Setting it to 60 would make the vehicle move at 60kph at max.
