Object Builder can't open P3d's

So basically Object builder from Arma 3 Tool's can't open sample models from A2 and I get this error "Unable to load file. Load error". Other models works fine

I tried to randomly open some P3Ds and no issue on my side. May I ask you which package(s) you downloaded and from where?

I also confirm no errors or issues opening official A2 p3d's with Object Builder using current A3 tool suite

I'm using A2SM_Data_APL.zip from official download page. I downloaded using .torrent file.
