Damage system DOES need fix please !!!!

Hi.

 

I'm really started to be fed up with that thing:

 

the damage system really need fix:

yet again, 40mm don't do anything to guys: group of 3 guys, I shoot the grenade right on their foot, and 2 of them are still alive, the third one is badly wounded.

Just HOW COME?

 

And please, when a guy shot in the knee, he's not crawling at all! It's just WTF?!

 

And it's like this since day one!

Please, fix this ASAP, it's killing all the game pleasure.

 

So bored not to be able to kill enemies because of this.

 

PS:

 

Also, medic takes too much time to come when the player is injured, even if no threat at all, he just wanders around for a while.

Please, do like the previous ArmA and add an option for the medic to make the player force him to heal when next to him.
