Joe98 91 Posted August 27, 2015 I place myself on the map. I place a UAV controller on the map and make him my subordinate I place a NATO Stomper on the map. I preview and note that the motor of the Stomper starts. It means it is ready to be controlled by the operator. . . I want to order the operator to take control of the Stomper and then drive the Stomper to that place over there. How do I command a soldier to operate a UAV? Donald Flatulence 19 Posted August 28, 2015 Hi Joe, As far as I know, that isn't a possibility within Arma 3, however if you press the corresponding "F" key (Eg, F1 - F12) to select the UAV operator, followed by "6" on your keyboard, and finally selecting the option "Inventory", you can drag the UAV Terminal out of the soldiers inventory to use it yourself, before returning it. The alternative would be setting up waypoints for the UGV to follow as part of the mission, if you do not wish to control it yourself. Perhaps some bright scripter can find a way to make this possible, unless I have missed an already existent way to do this!
