bhcluster 15 Posted August 1, 2015 Hi All, I have a bit of an issue. The issue is as follows: when ever I try to create my map.pbo I get this error http://s23.postimg.org/clqtq93uj/pbo_Project_error_1.png but I have loaded all necessary Template libraries in Terrain Builder and everything got exported with out errors. Before I have added objects to the map I had only road and had no problems or errors in creating myMap.pbo and loading it into Arma 3. It seem to relate to allinarmaterrainpack objects which I have extracted with ExtractPbo. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.
memphisbelle 99 Posted August 2, 2015 Are you sure that your a3 Folder in your P drive contains all necessary Objects?
bhcluster 15 Posted August 3, 2015 Are you sure that your a3 Folder in your P drive contains all necessary Objects? Hi MemphisBelle thanks for taking interest I have all necessary allinarmaterrainpack pbo objects extracted in to a separate folder on the P drive called aia not in the A3 folder. Do they have to be inside a3 folder?

Do they have to be inside a3 folder? Good Morning, How did you extracted the individual pbo´s? By using the extreactpbo tool by Mikero I suppose? Just in case you havent done so far, get the Arma3p tool from Mikeros DOS Tools page on Devheaven and let it run through. You need to consider that you need all regular ArmA3 objects in your P drive. ArmA3P will then create the necessary Folder A3 automatically. If it wont run due to any issues so let me know again.

Correct I have used Mikero ExtractPbo, everything works fine even when I use A3 objects but if I use AIA objects I get the specified error. I just don't understand why? memphisbelle 99 Posted August 3, 2015 This is indeed strange. But the errormessage says ca\... so it seems thast the respective object has somethings to do with ArmA or ArmA2 stuff, right? Have you tried running ArmA2P (which requires ArmA2 to be installed or that Version that holds this particular object (ss_hangar))

I was under impression that if you have necessary pbo's extracted inside your P drive and load them in to Terrain builder that it should be ok.

I just don't understand why? the free tools do do not support type68 p3ds you can either extract the real game data (rather than aia), or, become a subscriber. Ohh, ok havent known that those errortypes are outcluded but as subscriber for my self I can really say that these annually 35$ are really worth paying to have some tools that are really doing what they are supposed to do. Not like some of the BIS Stuff that is not.
ob-andy 21 Posted August 12, 2015 I would recommend installing the unbinarised object data packs that BIS released from A2. There's alot of files missing if you dont have A2 installed on your PC.

There's alot of files missing if you dont have A2 installed on your PC. Please excuse my ignorence, but can you please elaborate further. At the moment I am using A3 objects they are beautiful but not as sexy as A2 once. :D
