jaac 0 Posted May 4, 2015 Hi ;) I have a tranparency problem on my vehicle. you can see through it, and the land or ocean appear like the picture below... I tried "move to next alpha" in Object Builder, but it does not change. An idea?
x3kj 1247 Posted May 9, 2015 do you use a _ca texture for the hull of that vehicle ? You should use a _co texture.
jaac 0 Posted May 10, 2015 Yes, I use a _co texture for my model... :(
Ranwer135 308 Posted May 11, 2015 If your model is fine, then perhaps you might need a .RVMAT setup? This might help your transparency issue: :) https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/RVMAT_basics
jaac 0 Posted May 15, 2015 I tried without RVMAT..... Same problem I tried with native Bis texture.... Same problem is that there are a transparency adjustment? for object? in fire geometry lod or other? cfgvehicles?
x3kj 1247 Posted May 15, 2015 if you click e in OB with selected geometry there is lighting&shadows and zbias... not sure if those would help you.
jaac 0 Posted May 16, 2015 No... Thanks, but this is not it. ;)
da12thMonkey 1943 Posted May 16, 2015 Yes, I use a _co texture for my model...:( Are you saving it as _co.tga before you convert it to .paa? The original file has to have the _co suffix for the tools to convert the image to the correct texture format - so converting myTexture.tga to myTexture_co.paa doesn't work properly. Other than that, what tool are you suing to convert the file?
jaac 0 Posted May 18, 2015 (edited) Yes Nice work I tried your method, It works... ;) But for this texture.... I have another one (other vehicle), with same method, and it does not work. TexView 2.0 bis tool for convert Edited May 19, 2015 by Jaac
