Orange Sherbet 10 Posted February 19, 2015 Take a closer look at that workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/id/heliosarma/myworkshopfiles/?appid=107410 Now let's take a look at the top: http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/browse/?appid=107410&actualsort=toprated&browsesort=toprated It's kinda occupied buy this guy's works. Are they really so splendid? His highest rated scenario for now, 5th top rated submission ever: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=271443653 About 7,500 subscribers, not bad. 24 comments and half of them writed by author. That's strange. This is next top rated submission, made by not him: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=333310405 About 15,500 subscribers, wow. 248 comments. I can believe in this. Now let's take a look at on one of his latest scenario: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=332036783 605 rates, well that's even higher than Road's End which is one of the highest quality scenario I've ever saw in Arma 3. 1288 subscribers, that's mean that half of them rated this scenario. My scenario Ground Attack II has 26,500 subscribers and 457 rates, that mean that only one of 60 subscribers rated it. 8 comments against 470 comments at Road's End. He spent about 1000 hours in Arma, that's mean he made every scenario in less than 20 hours. Just WOW. It's a kind of magic, like Freddie said.
thecoolsideofthepillow 22 Posted March 3, 2015 These all popped up like a month or so ago, too, and they are not at all good missions. I'm pretty sure he's using dupe accounts to cheat his ratings and make his crap more visible. I've reported it on Steam, but am unsure what will be done, if anything. Unfortunately its steam, they neither do anything quickly nor well when it comes to support.
cruoriss 12 Posted March 3, 2015 He's not using dupe accounts, it's just that once a mission make it to the front page it will get a sh*t load of subscribers .
yxman 90 Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) thats the reason why i hate the whole steam workshop, 99,9% upvoted crap missions / mods. Edited March 3, 2015 by yxman
thecoolsideofthepillow 22 Posted March 3, 2015 He's not using dupe accounts, it's just that once a mission make it to the front page it will get a sh*t load of subscribers . I was just talking about the votes. He manipulated the votes to make it to the front page to get all those subs; not that he was making dupes that subbed to it.
