ARMA 3 CRASH AFTER NVIDIA,BIS,ARMA 3 logo screen

So yeah it crashes will update with a video but i dont know how to make it work someone please help im gonna try reinstall and disable antivirus and all that stuff but please also it crashes with no error message screen yes i run game as admin. Thanks in advance for helping me

I launch arma 3 it acts like it normally would with the loading options and what not but then when it normally would start up it removes itself from my toolbar and acts like it crashes but when I look in my task manager it's still running. It was working perfectly today until I built my new pc, using the same Harddrive though.

Specs:

i7-4790k processor

asus maximus hero vii motherboard

16 gb G.skill ripjaw ram

Geforce 970 superclocked

I've verified game cache, I tried the -winxp, and -nobenchmark

I'm not using zonealarm

I did -nobenchmark and it did not work..... Also this is on my brothers pc he is not a good tech guy and he has nosteam version of arma 3 1.36
