I think BI guys won't attend to more important bugs right now and they are just focused on DLCs (now marksman dlc) although game suffers from horrible bugs about AI specially AI driving and pathfinding, also game isn't still stable as arma 2 and many crashes are still reporting during single player or multiplayer situations even in vanilla version, as with mods it happens worse.
