Slow time on opening action menu

Played a little GTA5 and thought slow motion on opening action menu is a great idea because of the following:

- What is an action menu? You selecting a weapon / object / stuff to take/perform. It's your decision, your mindpower.

- How quick do we come to a decision in real life? Instantly.

So, browsing through the action menu should not be so punishing and I guess time can be slowed down to 0.1-0.3x depending on player's preference.

How do I access action menu open/close actions (idc?)? Looking for help.

What do you mean by "action menu"? Do you mean the player inventory? The IDD for that is probably 26, but I'm not 100% sure.

But just so you know, you cannot slow down time in MP (obviously).

I thought he was talking the scroll-wheel action menu, but :confused:.

That's why I was asking, because you cannot really "open" it... Actions appear if you scroll and disappear after a while.

Yeah, it's the scroll-wheel action menu. It isn't a rscBox with an idc?

You should be able to do it with....

if ( inputAction "nextAction == 1 || inputAction "preAction" == 1) then {
   //do what ever
};

Works for me if i use my [ ] keys but does not seem to fire on the mouseWheel :/
