zukov 490 Posted August 30, 2014 i made a sleeve patch for the FIA faction i tried to export from photoshop also on tga and png on texview 2 , with and without alpha channel but the transparent background is always white, someone has a good tutorial or solution for this? the square patch i don't like thanks in advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

EricJ 759 Posted August 31, 2014 Its a convention not a disqualifier. Open up Photoshop and create a new image, and leave it blank. Add a layer but don't do anything, delete the "background" layer and you should have a checkerboard style image going. Then take your shield image and paste it, create a new layer. Now you should be seeing a blank layer (checkerboard) and your image, save the PSD as a .png and then see if it takes hold as a transparent image through TexView.
