the custom clan logo in right shoulder is enabled or not?

if yes change CfgUnitClan instead CGfunitinsignia?

Clan logos are loaded from a Squad XML thats how they normally work.

Some russian guy I know on arma 3 said hem could see his squad patch on his shoulder, but I didn't see it.

Any idea how that works?

Well on the default Arma3 models on the shoulder your squad logo will be displayed if you have a squad XML linked in your Arma3 profile. To add it to a non BIS unit, it's just a config line.

We were playing a official bis Zeus mission on vanilla arma 3, note I do not have a squad XML, he does but I don't see his,logo he claims to see on himself

Well that's odd, all players should see anybody's Squad XML if it's working correct. As it appears on infantry and vehicles also, infantry is a new concept for Arma3. But its always worked for vehicles since OFP.

No, it normally works, but it's not rare that you can see your logo, but your teammate can't. It's a bug, one of the billion bugs of this game (but we like it nervertheless).
