hi all I need a person who can do, such as King of the Hill maps

my idea is a restricted map as soldiers must level up like battlefield 3 or 4 that each player will level up an example: level 1 to level 50, where each level will unlock new weapons, mainly soldier soldier will space, and to raise the levels until level 50, and capturing three flags banners specifically to reach 2000 points the winning team
