JJJustin 10 Posted July 6, 2014 Hello, I am having trouble trying to make a game. I host the game up on internet and my friend cant see my game. I tried to invite him threw steam but it says server not responding. I believe it might be because I dont have the right port. I dont know how to find out what my port is. Please Help! Mattastic 97 Posted July 6, 2014 Well, if im not mistaken the default port that your game is going to run through is 2302. I would recommend opening a few more ports until he is able to connect. If you are unfamiliar with how to do that then please examine this: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Dedicated_Server#Port_Forwarding and possibly this if you feel you need to go and make alterations in your router:
mamasan8 11 Posted July 8, 2014 I'm using TADST (for local server) and it says port 2302, steam port 8766 and steam query port 27016. Think I've seen something about port 2303 as well.
Ranwer135 308 Posted July 10, 2014 I'm getting this problem too! But friends were able to join me and I was able to join them, when Gamespy was up. :(
