Spetsnaz -PELOPES- 0 Posted July 16, 2002 Just one question, in the nexts updates.. will have new units with FN FAL and H&K G3? FN FAL and H&K G3 souds must be fixed they have just the same sound.. And just a idea, put 9mm mussles (sorry but I don't know how to write hehe) in H&K and Bizon like the Uzi SD has... would be nice in the place of the rifles mussles that fall when we fire H&K and Bizon... And why Izmash Bizon precision is worse than in OFP Cold War? It's so unrealistic.... I have a video here with a guy firing a Bizon... and it's very precise... trust me.... And again thanks BIS.. nyles 11 Posted July 17, 2002 heh, yeah, g3 and gal do not only share the same sound in-game, their images in the briefing/selection screen are also swapped and furthermore, their damage values are totally off, considering that both are supposed to be 7.62mm rifles. shadow 6 Posted July 17, 2002 If memory serves me right, the AK-47 uses 7.62x39. The G3 uses 7.62x51 The G3 is considered the worlds most powerfull field-rifle. I had the G3A3 as my personal weapon when I served in the air-force. Yes! it kicks ass. I noticed I usually need 3 or 4 hits to the upper body-region to kill someone in OFP. It should have the same power as the M21 as they both use the same ammo. About the sounds of the G3 and FAL. Well...they use the same ammo.
