Unable to move after changing weapons or grabbing supplies

Basically it happens on my end in multiplayer games or single player missions when I change out from my primary weapon to a secondary or if I access a crate or dead player/AI backpack. I loose the ability to shoot or change weapons and most times my character stops moving entirely. I do have some mods that I am working through to see if they effect this but they did not effect it before I added Zeus into the mix on my end.

Are you saying that you have that problem since you installed Zeus?
