Hello there,

Sorry I do not speak English very well.

I want to know how to permanently withdraw the BASIX on my server.

I install it but I'm too hard to set up so I need to delete, by cons I try to deleted files.

Recompiling the file no trace of files Basix, but strangely it still ban and this position forever.

Could you tell me what I need to do to basix removed completely from my server?

What are the files to remove? ?

You need to delete the file called "BASIX.pbo" in your addons folder,

specifically this line ["DM4_Complex_p28.Stratis.pbo,"BASIX.pbo"]

it should be structured like this ["DM4_Complex_p28.Stratis.pbo","BASIX.pbo"].

Secondly I see your server has loaded BASIX's administration addon,

this is supposed to only be loaded by the clients connecting to the server.

The third problem I spotted seems to have just appeared in one of the previous updates,

there seems to be a rather serious error with the waitUntil command

and I will have to see if I can come up with a temporary workaround,

I have created a bug tracker here: http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=20438

As this error is due to a game bug, it will likely need to be corrected by the devs

before I can offer you any kind of useful solution.

However, I can assure you that I am currently in the process of completely

re-writing BASIX from the ground up to be more effective, secure and easy to configure.

Also, could I ask you something? For example, I downloaded a script called VTS Weapon Resting (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=20816) or @VTS_Weaponresting (folder name). Shouldn't it be just for singleplayer? If so, how did I see a server using this script? I didn't get how to install those type of scripts on multiplayer. I read this page, but I think it's for singleplayer only.

The link you provided is to a clientside mod,

everyone who connected to your server would need

to have a copy installed, hope that helps.

Is it possible to add the mod to the .pbo server file? Is there any requirement for those things?

Also, when I use the BASIX.pbo on the Addons folder, some multiplayer servers won't allow me to join them. What should be the problem?

BASIX is designed to run on a dedicated server,

if you are referring to the admin mod I suggest you

disable the mod when not in use

I followed the server install guide but BASIX doesn't load!

EDIT: ISSUE Resolved, needed to install BOTH the C++ x64 and x86

For now you can change this by modifying "fn_BASIX_INIT.sqf" lines 414, 463 and 470

from: 

_reason spawn BASIX_BAN_ADD;

to this: 

_reason spawn BASIX_KICK_ADD;

I am currently working on a re-written version

that allows you to change this in the configuration

So I am assuming since you didn't specify platform.. that this will only work on a windows based arma 3 dedicated server... thats too bad I'm running linux dedicated server with lots of mods but this one won't seam to load.... would it be possible to port this to linux support for the c++ library i'm running ubuntu 12.10 right now i could donate if you are able to make this possible..

over to linux, I also would have to find an alternative of the winsock2

library for windows, and I also have not had any experience with

linux library extensions.

It would be possible.

However, between work and getting my quals I don't

have a whole lot of time to work on this mod let alone

porting it to linux.

Once I finish the next update (started working

on it again this week) then I might reassess that stance.

and i tried to add the list of bad variables of infistarAH to basix...

i get a real long list then... and i guess this could be the problem...

my rpt log says that its missing an " in the array but when i check it its all where it should be...

i guess the array string is just too long maybe?

so is there any chance you can improve that maybe?

Ive installed it correctly it even says the basixs portected things.

but it doesnt seem to work, whenever i TP it just allows me.

Will this anti hack kick people with Admin console / debug console or if they spawn or put a script in there debug will this ban them ?
