Chairborne 2594 Posted January 26, 2014 Ok so i wanted to give it a try at modelling by making a "simple" port of the LAV25 and adding maybe a couple of things along the way. So i got my hands on the sample models thinking they had the config and model.cfg already set up correctly besides having to change path to some files etc. Now i'm stuck with so many problems i don't even know where to begin with (but i am managing to solve one step at a time). What i want to ask those of you who got to port over models from the sample files, did you have to do major changes to the model.cfg to get your vehicles in working order? For example the LAV25 does not move and the turrets had the cfgskeleton with some parts missing, did you experience the same issues with the other vehicles too or am i missing something? LCpl Aaron 11 Posted January 26, 2014 you pretty much have to rewrite the configs it sounds like a pain in the butt and it is but after you figure out the arma 3 config guidelines it gets easier.
