Error installung Community patch 1.05

Hi,

I have a fresh installation of IF44 and the DLC patched to version 1.04. When I try to run the 1.05 (digtal version, bought the game at BI directly) I get an error message:

"Fehler in Datei Addons\language.ifa (2d4bccb4!=dfa65fd7)"
(Error in file Addons\language.ifa (2d4bccb4!=dfa65fd7)

Any ideas?

The 1.05 patch came in 2 versions: The DVD-Disk version and the electronic download version. You need to make sure you have the right version.

Got that covered. Downloaded the digital version, because I bought the game at BI directly.

Either you need to run the patch with admin permissions or your install got corrupted.

For the later you need to reinstall and patch again. Make sure to use the right type.

If it happens again, its indicating a hardware problem (HDD/RAM/Board).

Thanks guys. I think I will reinstall IF44 from scratch this afternoon. Will report back the results.
