Kiah911 10 Posted December 26, 2013 I am new to ARMA. And I enjoy the sandbox type fighting and choosing that the Multiplayer offers. I don't do the campaign, just doesn't interest me at all. I open a multiplayer and just have myself, my team of AI and then an enemy AI team. I am the only human player. But every map I have played "super powers" and "civil war", the AI commander in those games builds up to helicopters, then stops. I've never had heavy artillery, planes or anything else that is more advanced than that. If someone could please explain why, that would be great. Are they just not avalable in the Slovak maps? (These can be combined into one game which we then refer to as "Combined Operations".) "Arma" is the short name for a game called "Arma: Armed Assault" released back in 2006. I am the only human player "Multiplayer" means 2 or more humans. I think perhaps you mean "Single Player". There are no Slovak maps. There are 2 maps, Chenarus and Utes. Both are islands and both are set in a generic Eastern Europe which, if use your imagination stretches from Poland to Russia But every map I have played "super powers" and "civil war", the AI commander in those games builds up to helicopters, then stops. After reading a lot of these posts in these forums, I will say that this is one of the worst help forums I've ever been in. Hardly anyone gives advice, but on a far and few threads between. A couple of tips for you when making posts if you want attention to them especially when your new: 1. use a descriptive thread title of what your asking about, a title that says new to Arma when your asking for help will not exactly help you, depends on the members that around like myself who like to help new guys out. Descriptive thread title is also one of the forum rules anyways. 2. Be more specific in your post of what your running, be it the game, any mods, missions, what your trying to do exactly ect,. the more info you provide the more likely someone can give you advice, the less info and less specific then I can say you will post what I quoted as not to many if at all members are interested to trying to determine what your issue is, really depends on the members.
