Everyone is skill 1

Guys

Every man entity is currently spawned with skill 1.

Change the skill slider in the edit unit screen? No effect - unit spawns at skill 1.

Change his skill using setskill command in his init field? No effect -unit spawns at skill 1.

Change his skill using setskill command fired off by a trigger in the mission? No effect - unit spawns at skill 1.

Change his (or your own) skill using debug console? No effect - unit spawns at skill 1.

Change his (or your own) skill using a setskill command in init.sqf? No effect - unit spawns at skill 1.

*sigh* I wouldn't mind this in the dev build. But this is in stable 1.02.110654. Yep, the version that is currently on sale to the public.

Ok. I'm starting to wonder this as well - That there is no skill change even with you edit your A3Profile (enemy precision and enemy skill ratings).

I am on dev (1.03.111011) and am able to change units skill via setSkill. But indeed something appears to be going on with spawn functions beyond what has been reported (check tickets in my sig).
