Best Mp game type to play lag free while wastelands get sorted

Hi all,

Can anyone recomend a game type that works currently better than wastelands but is similar or close to it, I understand the problems just wanna play this game with less problems.

Whats my options lads not really into single player

I7 2600K 3.5

8 GIG ram

Samsung 128gig 830 Ssd

Ati 6950 2gig

Windows 7 ultimate

If you are referring to getting high ping/low fps on wasteland servers it is probably the server, and not you. We run a Wasteland server and it runs very smooth, we also restart it several times a day to keep it that way. Which wasteland were you playing on? Some of the highly moded wasteland are pretty laggy. Come check ours out, and see if you still have the same problem. Server name Multiplay :: Zombie Protector Public Wasteland

To Darkfriend will try it later on I use a uk one I use but some days it just don't seem to work right other days its great.

To Spanishsurfer well what a great game style defiantly missed out and will be playing more of this its defiantly harder with the friendly tags missing and been spolit with the amount of cars on wastelands to get me in action bit quicker but once grouped up and moving has teams its brilliant, and the last problem I could not seem to see any UK SERVERS so was stuck on a French very fast server but the problem is I don't talk French lol

I didn´t know CTI neither and wow, thanks spanishsurfer! That´s exactly what i searched for in ARMA.

It just should be more popular and ACRE is also missing :P

@club669: search for "ARMA2.RU". It´s obviously an russian server, but they speak mostly english.

CTI is not lag free... way too many AI on the map and shit happening.

I'll admit previous versions of CTI I've played run much better than Wasteland, but not even close to lag free.

Nothing is lag free short of a fairly simple PvP mission.

There are a few wasteland servers which dont lag that much etc I have played on the WS.ARMA.SU server's and they are pretty good but I also got bored and annoyed with the other servers lagging etc that I also started up my own server 690Gaming is the name if you fancy it and if its laggy or anything then let me know and we will improve etc as laggy servers destroy the game

Ive updated gfx card to 7970 seems alot better, cheers will give server a go theres a few I go in but lack of restarts are lagging game terrible dont think they should run for more than 3 hours ;)
