set everything to low, and start to raise everything slowly. You might want keep textures to lower setting and no AA. But this belongs to questions subforum.

I have the same system. Autodetect works great for the SHowcases.. have good visual and good fps

I can recommend this performance guide. It really helped me a lot to tweak my settings with a much lower system than yours is to get an average 28 fps on Altis with Arma3Mark.

It's worth a try in any case.
