Does anyone know that the pluralization of SITREPs isn't "sitrep's"?

I think a lot of people lose their inhibitions on expressing desires about ArmA. They want everything and don't self-inhibit. Personally I don't care if A3 releases with 1 gun, 1 solider, and 1 truck. It's 100% about engine improvements. The mod community will produce all the actual content that anyone needs in 6 months. There is a nervousness about things missing a few days from release just as you would be worried about a building nearing the completion date when it's half done.

Maybe i'm to much into "conspiracies therories". But this makes me thinke, all or most of the bitching people here, are activision and EA agents? Trying to put the dirt over BIS and arma 3 by all means. Arma 3, seems to bring a lot of attention, and them might lose a lot of their player base?

ok let me ask you Clydefrog.....what do you want? before you answer, let me explain something to you. You ever program? You ever develop a game engine? You ever had fans you had to make happy with your product? No. I had a short unsuccessful stint on the Android market and its not fucking easy at all. Intill the game is almost 75% done you really cant tell what its gunna be like or how its gunna function. First off if a game has now 3 squeals clearly they are doing something right. They please their customers. You have to realize this games we play just don't magically get shit out of a old mans ass. People have to commit time to this. Second its not that bad, quite honestly Id rather have equal playing fields because playing as the Militia in arma 2 sucked major big balls. You have almost zero chance of winning playing with real people. With this equal playing field I can play oppfor if i want to and still feel like i have a fighting chance. If i want a challenge ill play FIA. I just want to know what the fuck would please you....like i said, a space station you can shoot missiles out of? Do you want them to recreate the world so we can fly around the world blowing shit up? Do you want them to spend years developing a engine that is like brink where you can jump up and climb on shit? what would please you? just how high are your expectations?

All im saying is "the best game ever" would have to be started now and it would be done by the time we would just about be dead, if it could even sustain funding for that long. What did people expect with this game?

Personally not much, I would like it to run well, have decent AI, have good quality sound so we don't have to rely on mods for it (although since we do I'm very grateful for JSRS) and not have BLUFOR and OPFOR sides using a bunch of the same vehicles and weapons with the same turret on all of them. That's pretty much it and I'd call those fairly realistic and low expectations.
