Can't Use CPBO to extract PBOs, no option to extract just option to create PBO

I tried searching and nothing that helps comes up.

Running windows 8 and yes I did try installing CBO as admin and it still doesn't work

I heard of eliteness. So I tried to DL that and install it AAAAAAAAAND..........

It just says error opening file for writing and gives a bunch of errors.

God dammit are there ANY working tools that extract PBO files

Alright, I fixed it by running as admin. It says I need debo.dll The thing is, I HAVE THAT, it's in my system32 folder.... WTF

I ran eliteness again in admin, still says "hurr duur no depbo"

If you apply Robinson'e Second Law - "When all else fails, read the instructions" - you'll learn the the depbo.dll needs to be copied into the Eliteness folder.

Eliteness is what I always use, works perfectly.

Alright thanks, I am just being stupid.

I read the instructions and the readme and when i run eliteness now it says I am missing a file called mfc110.dll I did a google but can't find anything about this 1 dll

It's part of MS' Visual Studio. Generally available (free) in VCredist.exe, which allows PCs to run programs that have VC components without needing to buy & install Visual Studio. Seems like you haven't got it installed. Download the appropriate file from MS & install it.

I use this to open pbo's.
