parratt 1 Posted July 13, 2013 Hello! I recently tried my hand at making a MSO for Arma 2. It all went well until we loaded it up. the only issue we can find is that Civilians will show up as green marks on the map and the towns will have Red and blue circles around them http://i.imgur.com/x0KUlIe.jpg That was taken on the map MCN_Aliabad, But it happens on every other map from MCN_Hazarkot to Cherno! Does anyone know how to fix this?
sudslv 10 Posted July 13, 2013 im newb with editor atm but i can say that these circles are markers (including the green flag and ect). Im not sure how important are they but you can hide them in editor (if not remove). about civillians: i found out that if you have any ai in your screen radius (if you spot anyone in game) they will show up on map for some period of time so idk how to change that. good luck mate. :)

sudslv 10 Posted July 13, 2013 oh the my best guess would be check script and find the line wich is causing this, cant help then.
nimrod_z 8 Posted July 13, 2013 sounds like the debug for civs is on. it shows how many in an area and where they are, where there going and there combat status. if you didn't set that when making your mission you may want to check out the MSO thread on the forums here and see if there is a setting/option to turn that stuff off. many mods have special variables that they build in to it to make testing/building missions easy to see whats going on. SavageCDN 231 Posted July 15, 2013 In the MSO params in the lobby screen you can turn off Module Debugging (I think that's what it's called?) - this is what displays these units/locatoins/etc. To change it permanently you'd need to edit a file in the mission itself. parratt 1 Posted July 16, 2013 Thanks for the Reply, But its not Module Debugging, Module Debugging Shows everything on the map from IED's To Convoy start/Stop Position. My problem is its just showing Civilians only on the map
SavageCDN 231 Posted July 17, 2013 hmmm... do you have anything like a civ module in the editor with a debug line in the init? Weird that it happens for other MSO missions too.. are these stock missions or ones you've edited? Your best bet might be a post in the main MSO thread. http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?142683-Multi-Session-Operations-v4-5-released
