Leader board !

before buying arma 3 , i was playing bf3 multiplayer , as u know it has a leaderboard and every round u play your points will raise and other things like kill , death , headshots and ...... too

does arma 3 have something like that ? i mean a leaderboard or .... ?

if yes how is that and when it will be started ?

if no , there is no leaderboard , then what is the point of playing multiplayer ? i mean it doesn't seem logic to me just to play and see my kill , death after every round of play and nothing more :butbut:

There is no point to having a global leader board in Arma3 because its multiplayer is completely open. It's not like BF3 where you have a fixed set of game modes with pre-set rules, and there are no official ("ranked") servers either - everything is run by the community.

Also, not all of Arma's multiplayer is PvP oriented. A lot of it is either mission-oriented coop or "free-roam" style (Wasteland / DayZ). None of those really lend themselves to global leader boards.

If anything, individual communities could run their own leader boards tailored to their missions and servers, but that's where it stops.

People are entitled to their opinion and suggestions. Just because a person has some special request, please don't call them names.

Either way, the suggestion doesn't make much sense and I seriously doubt leaderboards would have a place in Arma nor would they ever be officially created.

You are playing the game to experience it, to fulfill missions and to have fun with your friends. If this concept for multiplayer is strange to you, Arma might simply not be your type of game.
