Low FPS while resources margin

I'm curious what stops A3 to generate more fps?

Please see attached picture. There is room in CPU power, GFX is used in 50% only. But fps is limited.

Making this screenshot I noticed that watching in opposite direction I can get even 90fps, while watching the sea it drops under 50.

OP I get what you mean through your broken english. When looking at the ocean FPS drops horribly. I go from on average 100+ fps looking inland, turn around to look at ocean down to 70. Something seriously messed up with the sea rendering that needs to be fixed. I'm guessing it's the water shader and how far you can see. No occlusion on the open ocean.

tons of requests like this, maself also but devs are fixing other stuff would be wonderful to just take a ride on game editing a map and walk on the bay at 60fps steady, but that aint happening yet

Bitrate fill does that, like scope/unscope thru grass and forrest.

Vsync helps alot with 'tearing'.
