anusmangler 1 Posted May 9, 2013 (edited) I must be doing something wrong because It still doesnt work....I can kill tons of oppfor and nothing happens soon as a kill Bluefor both sides try to kill me....I'll delete everything I have and restart all over again. Maybe something got messed up! BTW Tuliq you are the man! I see you have "hint" commands. I dont get those at all. any tips or stuff I might be messing up. Thanks again for your help. Muliplayer is the goal, so you and your friends and jump into the game split up/ stay together and fight for whatever side you want to and complete objectives. I would like for there to be a point where you can join a squad and "rank up" till you can lead your own squad....but that might be WAY to crazy because Ive never even seen or heard of anyone doing that or trying it. Tuliq 2 Posted May 9, 2013 (edited) That is odd... Can you tell me step by step what you did? I have it working on my end. Also start Arma with the -showScriptErrors command to see if my script fails for some reason on your end. ---------- Post added at 22:54 ---------- Previous post was at 21:38 ---------- Oh, I see what the problem might be. I was running this in MP mode. I had a reference to playableUnits, which is empty in SP, so that would be a huge problem. Try again now. (edited the script above) Edited May 9, 2013 by Tuliq

cifordayzserver 119 Posted May 13, 2013 The whole lowering rating might be solved either by having a script in the background that keeps resetting the rating every sec, or add killed eventhandlers to all units which reset the rating when you kill them. You had initially not stated you required it to be dynamic and updating. Once you did others told you how to go about it, they just didn't spoon feed it to you. Tuliq was very generous to give you a working solution! If you want to get better at coding, try messing around with Tuliq's script, and also try accomplishing the end goal in a different way. There is more than one way to skin a cat! Great Work Tuliq!
