Illegal copies may degrade

I get this when I log on a MPMissions server "Illegal copies may degrade". I bought Arma II: Combined Operations (NA). At the Steam Store. I was wondering what I can do to fix this. Here is what it looks like.

Do you get this on every server? or maybe its just a message in the mission.

This is just a message/info. I saw that many times, for example on dayz servers.

this usually pops up if any of the players uses a cracked version;

if it´s not you (alone on server) it might be the host :p

I've seen that many times and it comes from BE, I just presumed it was a random message and ignored it.

Reminds me of the old "winners don't take drugs" spam we had in early console games.

I went on other server, like TAW and many others. It never showed up on them. It just showed up on this one. I've been a member with them for awhile. I will check with them to see what is going on.

This occasionally happens on our server. The server has to be restarted and the message will not show.

This means cracked games and its owners will burn in hell.

Sakai, your post is not helpful to the solution. The server gets corrupted by cheats.

It is fixed. The server has been reset. All is good.
