shadow14 10 Posted March 31, 2013 Just installed Arma 3 using steam, installation went fine, but when i launch the game i got a system error saying "The program can't start because XAP0FX1_4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". I have reinstalled a couple times with no luck have also verified game integrity. Since it doesn't belong to ArmA 3, Windows is referring to DirectX 9 (as far as i could track it down) so you will have to (re)install DirectX 9 to solve the problem. @RogueTrooper when it come to dll's, i'm not a fan of manually downloading and installing them as chances are that even more is missing due to a not installed or improperly installed software.
