I love the M500. I have been looking forward to this weapon ever since i first saw that it was being made.

I like the p-90 and mossberg 500 models, but the HK PSG-1 model is somewhat lacking in the first person view; it seems as if you took the 3rd person one and simply copied it. by that I mean its horribly blocky and the textures arent terribly good.

The FN p90, on the other hand, is excellent, very well done simulation of full-mode automatic firing. the ROF (rate of fire) is pretty high (p90 is what, 900 rpm?) but it may be just me. The one fault of the p90 model (as Eviscerator pointed out) is that its much to small. A person should have no problems holding the front of the gun instead of gripping the silencer.(the Sight view is a suprisingly nice addition, btw).

I have no problems with the mossberg; good job, nice model. All in all, I enjoyed your weapons, keep up the good work, and look forward to enjoying updates/new weapons in the future.

The shots from the m500 seems to be 7 shots fired just after each other going upwards. instead of having the spread effect from a shotgun you have 7 shots on a vertical line . cant you change it to something like the shotgun on Flipers M4A1 Mkey. It have a better spread effect.

problem is if u do that spread thing it becomes impossible to hit anything even at close range

P90 is WAAAAAAAY too small. Isnt the shottie called a "Persuader" or something? Mossberg Persuader.

I dont know who in real life seen an FNP90 but the size does seem right to me...its real small like (50CM) its smaller then the MP5 an can easily be put into a backpack

yeah guess some ppl confuse the FNP with the FAMAS...

Famas isnt really small *and a plea to carry when walking... the design is not done well on the flank of the gun, u got harsh angle that come into your ribs :'(*

Fnp is pretty small compare to the famas *maybe 1/3 i ll say*

As these other guys pointed out the p90 is in reality quite small.

And yes the mossberg in this config is refered to as a Persuader. But I am still not wrong in simply calling it a mossberg 500 because it is still a mossberg 500 reguardless of its configuration.

And we decided to eliminate the iron sites on the mossberg all togeather. This is due to the fact that it has no buttstock. and sholdering the weapon is impossible. So for the sake of realism we took out the iron sight view.

Later when I do the 590 I will give it a stock and ghost ring sights. Complete with bayonette lug and parkerized finish.

So there ya go the reasoning smile.gif

the psg1 - if there is a blue coloured scope, shouldnt you make the scope translucent blue, instead of clear white?

If you keep pressing fire on the mossberg really fast it just keeps on shooting, can you please fix this, you can almost shoot of all the shells and only hear the reload sound twice.

Not possible due OFP doesn't support real shotguns, we need the reload time for the spreading effect. But you mention nothing new, if you take a look at the readme.txt included this addon.

Ahem...how to say... I spoke about the P90 from the Stargate mod as being too much accurate, and now, ergh...LOL !

Well, dispersion gives me the feeling of hallucinations ! I tried one usual test, infantry group in the midle of the depression, at the beach near Laruns-Everon Island- firing from the first group of trees along the road, ( 5O from meters Laruns ).

And I discovered that my shots were all missing. I searched for the impacts dirt geysers...get in fullauto and wow ! some of my rounds were hitting the ground just in front of me !

So I turned 90degrees left to shoot at the white wall of the nearest house ( 50 meters - great maximum ). Only half of the rounds felt on the house. ( some on the roof, others on the ground around it, etc ) Is it the model or is it me ? A Mistake ?

Doing a dispersion similar to the one of the MP-5SD and Bizon would be fine, as P-90 accuracy is far better, but low powered silent sub-sonic ammo do not appreciate the change of velocity with the same rifling twist. So a little loss of accuracy would be correct. But as I saw it, wow, I really do not understand. wow.gif   Mistake ?

On the other hand, well done and thank you for that add-on, the 3D model, Rate of fire, and visor are very good ( including the favt you still can see around the reflex visor if both eyes open ) Very attractive. thanks. Please a little fix for the dispersion ?

I appreciate the kind comments reguarding the model/optics of the p90 and mossberg.

As far as accuracy we actually spent a bit of time testing the p90 and working on its "dispersion". You see we didnt want to make it too accurate because it has a high rate of fire and large magazine capacity. On top of that its more of a submachinegun than it is an assault rifle so it isnt going to be used for the same kind of things. Generally smgs arent nearly as accurate. and their effective range is a bit lower. We was simply trying to avoid creating a super weapon. As far as I can tell our accuracy is a bit low. But then it works for what its intended to. close range combat.

I havent noticed it being as bad as you say.  But we can look into it further.

Perhaps we can see what others think.
