Game Runs Badly On Low Settings.

Hey Guys. I am posting this up to see if anyone else has this problem, I have a pretty decent computer with my specs below, But it seems like no matter what settings i put it on it runs pretty bad, I am not talking about the problems and bugs, Just how the game runs when looking around and running for example. For me it seems like it runs it's worst in the forest with the trees, and sometimes it seems like the game runs good at the very beginning but after a couple of minutes it starts to run badly, Stuttering and everything looks blurry when moving. Has anyone have been encountering this? I think with my computer i should be able to run it at at least Standard Settings. What do you think?

Yeah there is already a thread about similar issues. Lots of info in the thread definitely worth a read.

Disable Post Processing if you haven't, that might be why it looks blurry when you're moving. Picture in Picture is also worthless if you use 3rd person while driving, disable that too.
