Oh and JJFLY, there is no need to type all in capital letters.

is it in the beginning of the mission ? if so

1st/ give the chopper a name ( a letter might do) let's call it x

2nd/ select every soldier you want to be in the chopper and type in his init box this moveincargo x

and in the beginning of the mission they'll be in the chopper

Or even shorter:

1) nam the chopper, say for instance "chopper"

2) Create two groups

3) In the both group leader's init box type:

"_x moveincargo chopper" foreach units group this

I think Marcel made the Dakota historically accurate so you can only put 12 guys in the bird anyway. Just incase you place two full preset groups in there and theres still some on the ground.

Lol, he's talking about the CH-47 Chinook helicopter.

And it seats 2 full squads.

I got a question about this too; I just started experimenting with the editor yet, so I haven't got any experience with it, but I was trying this too, but when I press the preview button in the editor, the soldiers aren't in the chopper, but they just run around for a while, and that's it...Or do I have to save the " mission " first to see the men in the chopper?

I tried both ways like Denoir and Rain of Bullets said, but none seems to be working...

Step 1.

Place a transport chopper of your choice (will assume UH60).

Name it uh60_1

Step 2.

Place one west infantry group.

In the init field of their leader, type:

"_X moveInCargo uh60_1" forEach units this;

Step 3.

Enjoy

If this is not working, there's something else that is wrong.
