Placebo 29 Posted February 4, 2013 You should send an email to Support@bistudio.com the servers were down for maintenance during the night but are working fine and I see new tickets created today so no problems on our end that I can see, if your hotmail email keeps bouncing I'd suggest trying with a better mail provider (even Gmail would be better than hotmail).
