Slow Response to Support Ticket (Bad CD Key)

Hello,

I recently purchased another copy of Arma II: Operation Arrowhead so that my friends could play the DayZ mod with me. After about 48 hours of use, I got a "Bad CD Key: CD Key has been Disabled. Contact customer support." message and can't play the game online anymore. I've tried re installing and everything. I've submitted a support ticket, but I haven't received a response for multiple days. Is there any way that somebody on here could check what's going on for me? I feel like BI is kinda avoiding me on this one, which is odd considering my past experiences with them.

I bought arma 2 and arma 2 oa 4 days ago. 3 days ago i get "your cd key has been disabled".

I've send a ticket to the support, still no reply Im am very very very unhappy with this!!!

I also tried to call them , no answer. What the hell is the matter with the support ?

This here isn't the customer support. It is the BI forums. Nothing anyone here could do. Although i surely see the irony, i have no other choice than point you to the customer support.

But maybe reading the stickied thread about the reported "bad CD key" could help?
