Slow Response to Support Ticket (Bad CD Key)

I bought arma 2 and arma 2 oa 4 days ago. 3 days ago i get "your cd key has been disabled". I've send a ticket to the support, still no reply Im am very very very unhappy with this!!! I also tried to call them , no answer. What the hell is the matter with the support ?
