Missionman 0 Posted June 21, 2002 Could someone be cool enough to tell me exactly what i ahve to do in the training phase of the first campaign? After the opening, the instructor has "Armstrong" running to a transport truck and back. Then there's an animation and you get to the training base where you have to negociate the obstacle course or whatever... This is where i am confused. What exactly do i have to do? Should i just run to the end and back or should i negociate the course and then come back? I tried both and failed, what is the trick? A few more hints: 1) listen to what your officer says. Sometimes he yells at you various remarks 2) there should be confirmation hint "Passed" displayed in topleft scrren corner each time you pass a single obstacle. Do not proceed to the next one unless you passed the previous one 3) if everything else fails, use "Retry" to retry training again. Some users reported the scripting in this mission in not well in some situation and if you will not succeed quickly, the mission scriping may "freeze" and you are stuck. Snake Plissken 0 Posted June 22, 2002 Heh, the first time I played after 1.46 patch I thought "WTF, this training is difficult now!" Then I retried and it worked. Very buggy.
