ActionJackson06 1 Posted June 19, 2012 Ok so here is my problem... A while back when I first got ARMA2 CO I decided I would try to install an AC-130 addon for the game. It did not work, strangely enough however, I can see it in the editor. I go to units, air, and USAF is and option. The AC-130 is then listed as the only available unit for the USAF. When i preview however, the game crashes. I did not think much of it at the time because I thought I had removed all of the files for the addon. Now when I am trying to play multiplayer, I am getting the error "the files 'addons/ac_130.pbo' are not signed by a key accepted on this server'" I have tried every way I can think of to get rid of this file. Searching for it is useless...my computer just cannot seem to find this file. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling arma2 and arma2OA. I have no idea where to find this because I have checked all over my C: drive I even tried to delete my entire Bohemia Interactive program files folder and it still came back when I reinstalled. Is there another BI Studio folder somewhere on the computer this could be? Please somebody help! :D
ActionJackson06 1 Posted June 20, 2012 Is there anyone that thinks they know the problem?
[frl]myke 15 Posted June 20, 2012 Look if the related .bisign file is still there. Also, when using the AC-130 addon, where did you put the files exactly?
Gunter Severloh 4087 Posted June 20, 2012 Here is the instructions for it: http://lurchiderlurch.lu.funpic.de/arma/readme_ac130.html
gunso 10 Posted June 21, 2012 ah i have tried this addon before, it's the @LDL folder in arma 2, remove the mod from your shortcut parameter and you should be good to join public servers again. You should see no mod on the right side of the main arma 2 menu. if you see there's a mod list like @LDL there, public server wont accepts it because it's not signed for it.
