Arma 2 OA [Error when I join server]

So my problem is that whenever I join a server I get kicked from the game with a message saying something like, "You have been kicked off the game (BattlEye: Invalid GUID)". I have tried many different servers but they all kick me out. I'm not sure where to go from here so I hope someone here can help me. If you need me to give any info just ask!

Are you using mods ?

Which version of arma are you using (A2 standalone, oa or co) and is your game updated ?

If you are using a firewall/antivirus make sure your game is allowed to connect.

Where have you bought the game ?

You can try to install the last version of battleye :http://www.battleye.com/download.html

I know how annoying it is, I hope your problem will solve quickly.

I'm using Combined Operations and the latest beta patch, I get the error both with mods and without so I don't think its the issue. I bought the game at gamersgate. I tried installing the latest version of BE now but it made no difference. :/

There are issues with Netgear N150 DGN1000 when running Battleye

Make sure you are running the game as administrator, e.g turn UAC off

Failing that uninstall, reinstall and patch the game.

Take a look at the lengths that I took to try and resolve an issue I had, albeit slightly different to yours.

I don't have a netgear router so thats not the issue here. I installed and reinstalled everything and tried running as administrator but no luck. I still get the same error for some reason. I'll try sending a PM to this $able!
