What campaign? Where did it come from?

The procedure for installing it will depend on how it was packaged (ZIP or RAR file / EXE with installation program etc.), and what addons, if any, are required.

It is a Zip file.  How Do I get that file into my Campaign folder/program?  Any help is great... sad.gif

It came from http//ofp.gamezone.cz Campaigns.

Read the readme, if there isn't one don't bother with it, that's my view smile.gif

And saying "It came from http//ofp.gamezone.cz Campaigns." Is really no help, post the name and/or link to the campaign that way someone if they're feeling generous with their time can download it and try it out for you smile.gif

Assuming you know what a zip file is, you'll have to extract the campaign file(s) into OFP's subdirectory.

Campaigns, like missions, come in two flavors:

1) a single packed PBO file. Just extract, as I mentioned above.

2) Unpacked subfolders and files. If this is the case, make sure that you checked the USE FOLDER NAMES box in WinZip or the similar option in any other zip utility you may be using.

The above refer to the campaign files. If the ZIP file also contains addon files used by the campaign, those have to go in OFP's ADDONS subdirectory.

Like you've been told already, read the README, assuming there is one.

The read me folder tells me to unzip the file campaigns folder in OFP. When I try to do this it tells me that I need a password? Any Ideas....

ZIP files can be password-protected, and it sounds like the file you downloaded has one on it. That's quite stupid -- why would someone make a file available for download and then password-protect it?

I'd punt on the download you have, it probably isn't worth the hassle...

Post the instructions from the readme and we'll translate them to basic picture-language for you tounge.gif

Just make sure you install .PBO files in the ADDONS directory under OFP...

And don't touch anything else, and don't delete anything, and don't touch your memory management settings tounge.gif

I've already tried to put the files in the add-ons folder. That didnt work either. I keep getting the message that I need a password for the read me file. Should I just delete the readme file, after reading it, and try to save just the campaign to the add-ons folder?
